Start with a question.
Keep the sources close.

An answer in the middle. The notes, mail, and meetings behind it, within reach.

Good tools should help you
pick up the thread.

A conversation turns into a meeting. The meeting needs a few notes. Later, you want to remember what you decided. Canopy keeps those connections within reach while giving each part of the work a comfortable place of its own.

01 / EMAIL

Parcel

A little more room
for your mail.

Parcel is an email app for your Mac. Conversations, people, and files belong together, and Parcel gives your accounts a clear, comfortable home and keeps the details close when you read, reply, or look for an attachment.

  • Your accounts, in one view. Gmail and IMAP/SMTP mail, with people, files, and account ownership close by.
  • Draft here. Pick up elsewhere. Save locally first and sync drafts through Gmail or iCloud/IMAP, with detected conflicts kept as separate copies.
  • Send when it makes sense. Schedule mail, paste inline images, and get a reminder when you mention a missing attachment. Scheduled delivery needs an awake, online Mac.
  • Keep the inbox useful. Folders and Gmail labels, junk controls, blocked senders, and local mail rules. Extend a search to older mail online.
  • Let a message travel. Print, save a PDF, or export its original .eml file. Use optional Mac Contacts suggestions and groups.

02 / CALENDAR

Orbit

Your day,
in perspective.

Orbit is a calendar app for your Mac. It helps you understand your time, with the next commitment, a readable agenda, a full week, and a way to compare time zones when you’re arranging a conversation.

  • See the week, month, or year. Horizon, Day, and Scheduling sit beside Almanac’s three calendar layouts. Drag to create, move, and resize events.
  • Make room for the repeats. Daily through yearly recurrence, custom intervals, exact end times, and reviewed changes to one occurrence, future events, or a series.
  • Keep people in the loop. Review invitations, updates, cancellations, and invitation responses through Parcel. You send the resulting draft there.
  • Keep context beside the event. Dossier brings event details, call links, Maps, and connected meeting notes into view. Beacon adds configurable reminders and snooze.
  • Bring your calendars along. Google and iCloud through macOS, read-only subscriptions, birthdays, reviewed .ics import, and local backup recovery.

03 / NOTES

Quarry

Your notes.
Your files. Your Mac.

Quarry is a notes app for your Mac. A quiet place to write, and a quick way to find what you wrote. It brings a comfortable editor, search, and links to a folder of Markdown files. The files stay yours.

  • Your files, with a few useful tools. Plain Markdown, a writing bar, adjustable text size, and undoable Find and Replace.
  • Keep ideas connected. Type [[ for note suggestions. Open Outline / Links for headings and backlinks; internal moves and renames update note links.
  • Start with a familiar page. Use note templates, including title and date variables. Pin notes and folders, save searches, and return with Back and Forward.
  • Make the library easier to handle. Paste images, duplicate notes with their assets, rename folders, and move, trash, or export a selection together.
  • Find a way back. Preview and restore earlier text with local note history, independently of Git. Import, export, print, and optional Git sync remain available.

04 / PERSONAL AI ASSISTANT

Lumen

Ask a question.
Find the thread.

Lumen is your personal AI assistant. It helps you make sense of the information you’ve chosen to connect. Ask about a person, prepare for the day, or pull a few sources into an answer. The evidence stays beside the words.

  • Answers with sources. Search approved notes, correspondence, and events. Follow evidence back to the app that owns it.
  • A promise you can review. Confirm commitments from your own words, add a deadline, and mark done, snooze, edit, or dismiss them.
  • Help that fits. Choose answer length, coaching style, working hours, and the Calendar, Mail, Notes, and Wins sections in your briefs.
  • Memory you can inspect. Review and edit remembered names, preferences, and goals. Opt in to suggestions, then confirm them before use.
  • Clarity for today and next week. Daily and meeting briefs, weekly planning, and reflection, with reviewed note, mail, and calendar handoffs.

01 / OWNERSHIP

Your notes are Markdown files.

Quarry keeps your notes as plain Markdown in a folder you choose. Open them in another editor, make a backup, or take them with you.

02 / CHOICE

The AI companion is optional.

Use Parcel, Orbit, and Quarry without AI. Bring in Lumen when you want a personal AI assistant, and choose which mail, calendars, and notes it can access.

03 / PRIVACY

No personal telemetry.

Canopy has no telemetry that tracks who you correspond or meet with, or the notes you take.

Mail and calendar providers still handle their connected services. Lumen sends selected context to your configured AI endpoint; choose a locally installed model for local inference.

MAKE A LITTLE ROOM
