Parcel
Parcel is a small, fast, stand-alone client for your contacts.
The goal is simple: a tool that helps you actually understand your contact list and find the information that matters, without the bloat of modern software.

A native Mac email client built around the people and information in your mail. Images show fictional sample content.
Your people, in context
See everyone you’ve communicated with, revisit your conversations, and find every file someone has sent you in one place.

Find what matters
Search locally across mail with filters for people, dates, folders, and attachments. Combine filters such as from:maya has:attachment to get straight to the right message and its files.

Understand your connections
Explore who you email most, when you use email, and how quickly conversations move. Parcel calculates insights from mail synced to your Mac.

Write naturally
Compose in Markdown with a formatted preview, then send through your connected Gmail account.

Privacy First
Parcel is local by design. There are no Parcel-operated servers or telemetry. Your mailbox cache, contact index, search, and insights live on your Mac. Parcel connects directly to your email provider to sync and send mail; your provider and intended recipients receive the information needed to deliver your messages.
Fast and Focused
Parcel is lightweight and fast, so you can focus on the task instead of waiting for screens to load. Cached mail, contacts, and search remain available offline. Background syncing catches up when you’re connected, helping you organize and retrieve your data quickly.
Privacy Policy for Parcel
Data Privacy
Parcel is designed as a stand-alone client. We believe in user control over your data.
Parcel uses Google’s OAuth sign-in and Gmail API only when you choose to connect a Gmail account. It reads and syncs messages, headers, labels, and attachment information so you can use mail, search, contacts, files, and insights. When you send a message or change mail state, Parcel sends that action to Gmail. Outgoing email and attachments are delivered through Gmail to the recipients you choose.
Your synced mailbox, contact history, search index, and insights are stored locally on your device. OAuth refresh credentials are stored in the macOS Keychain. Parcel does not send your mailbox data to Parcel-operated servers, advertisers, or analytics services, and the current app has no telemetry. Google processes Gmail data as your email provider; recipients and their providers process messages you send to them.
You can revoke Parcel’s Gmail access in your Google Account settings. Keep your own device and mailbox backups as appropriate. The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
